Reservations and Enrollment

The complete 8 day / 7 night package includes equipment, accommodations, coaching, your own engraved bat, an autographed ball, breakfast and lunches plus many extras. $4595, excluding airfare.

Early bird discount:  Pay in full on or before November 1, 2017 and receive $100 off the full price!

Deposit: To reserve your place on the roster, submit the form below (either on-line or by mail) along with a deposit of $500 by check or credit card. (Form may be printed from this website).

Cancellation policy: Final payment is due December 1, 2017. Full refunds will be given if cancellations are received in writing prior to October 1, 2017. Cancellations made after October 1, 2017 will be less the cost of any uniforms already ordered. Refunds will not be given for a cancellation made less than 30 days prior to camp, but credit will be given for a future camp.

Accommodations:  The full price is based on double occupancy – two campers per hotel room.  If you would like a single room, please add $500 to the total price.

Returning campers, please note:  Veteran campers returning with their own uniform and hat will receive $200 off the total camp price.  New as of 2017, we will be using “Majestic” brand uniforms.  Returning campers who would like the new uniform, please pay the full camp price and submit the registration form with all uniform size, name and number details.  This information and payment must be submitted by November 1.
